Section 49

A search warrant issued under this Act shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding any defect, mistake or omission in the search warrant or in the application for such warrant and any record, book, account, document, computerized data or other thing or any matter or thing that is the subject matter of Government procurement being investigated seized under such warrant shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings under this Act.
