Section 82
(1)
No person shall, in his participation in a Government procurement or any requirements under this Act, submit to a procuring entity, Registrar or the Treasury—
(a)
any forged, altered or counterfeited document; or

any information for which that is false or misleading, or contains a material omission.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence.
