Power to amend Schedules

Section 57A
(1)
The Minister may by order published in the Gazette amend the Schedules to this Act.
(2)
Hire-purchase agreements entered into prior to any amendment, or variation of, deletion from, or addition to, any Schedule to this Act shall not be affected by such amendment, variation, deletion or addition and the Act shall continue to apply or not to apply, as the case may be, to such hire-purchase agreements.
