Section 58

States of Malaya, the Bills of Sale Ordinance of Sabah[Cap. 14] and the Bills of Sale Ordinance of Sarawak [Cap. 68]and any subsequent or other legislation for the time being in force in the Federation relating to Bills of Sale shall not apply to any provision in any hire-purchase agreement whereby the rights of the owner thereunder are extended to any replacements or renewals by the hirer of any part or parts of or any accessories added or additions made by the hirer to any goods comprised in any such agreement.
