The First Schedule to the Holidays Ordinance is hereby deleted and the following substituted thereof:-

“FIRST SCHEDULE

Every Sunday

The First day of January

Chinese New Year and the following day

Good Friday

Labour Day

The day preceding and the day succeeding the last Sunday in June (Harvest Festival)

The Birthday of His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong

Hari Raya Puasa and the following day

Hari Raya Haji

National Day

The Birthday of His Excellency the Yang di-Pertua Negeri

Awal Muharram

Hari Keputeraan Nabi Mohammed S.A.W.

Christmas Day”
