(2)
An Inspector making a search of a person under subsection (1) may seize, detain, or take possession of any property, book or other document, or article, found upon such person for the purpose of the investigation being carried out by him.

No female person shall be searched under this section or under section 10A except by another female person and with strict regard for decency.
