Specific persons in respect of whom powers of investigation may be exercised

Section 10F

The powers of investigation conferred by this Act on an Inspector, may be exercised by him against—

(a)

any past or present business associate; or

(b)

any person who is or was concerned in the control or management, in whole or in part of the affairs, of the person suspected to have committed an offence under this Act.
