Section 12
—
(1)
The Corporation may, from time to time, with the written approval of the Minister, incorporate or establish companies by such name as the Corporation may determine, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management, on behalf of the Corporation, of any project, scheme or enterprise as may be decided by the
Corporation in the discharge of its functions and responsibilities and the exercise of its powers.
(2)
Any company incorporated or established by the
Corporation may be wholly owned by the Corporation or may be a subsidiary or related or associated company of the Corporation.
