Section 13

(1)
The Minister may give to the Corporation or its Board of Directors such directions not inconsistent with this Ordinance relating to the performance of the Corporation’s functions and the
Corporation shall give full effect to all such directions expeditiously.
(2)
The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information as he may, from time to time, require.
