Section 32

(1)
The Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri may, subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem fit to impose, by order published in the Gazette, vest in the Corporation any State land or other property as may be considered necessary to enable the
Corporation to carry out its functions and responsibilities under this
Ordinance.
(2)
The Registrar shall cause to be issued to the Corporation a document of title for any land vested in the Corporation pursuant to subsection (1) and shall stipulate in such document of title the conditions of such vesting.
