Section 33

Where any land, not being State land, is needed for the purposes of the Corporation to carry out its functions and responsibilities under this Ordinance, such land may be acquired in accordance with Part IV of the Land Code [Cap. 81 (1958 Ed.)] as land required for a public purpose, and any declaration required under that Code that such land is so needed may be made notwithstanding that compensation is to be paid out of the Fund established under section 22.
