Section 32
(1)
Any person who is convicted of an offence under section 5, 6, 8 or 9 shall be liable to be removed from Malaysia by order of the Director General:
Provided that no citizen convicted of an offence under section 5 shall be ordered to be removed from Malaysia under this subsection.
