Section 2

“appointed date” means the date appointed by the Minister under section 1;

“Consolidated Fund” means the Consolidated Fund established under the Constitution of the State of Sarawak;

“Fund” means the Infrastructure Development Trust Fund established under the Infrastructure Development Trust Fund

Ordinance, 1985 [Ord. No. 4/85]; and

“Minister”

means the

Minister charged with the responsibility for infrastructure development.
