Regulations
of Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Board may make regulations for or with respect to all or any of the following matters:
(a)
the manner of appointment, and the terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Board;
(b)
the payment of gratuities and other benefits to officers and employees of the Board; and
(c)
the fees or charges to be imposed in respect of anything done under or by virtue of this Act.
