Continuation and completion of disciplinary proceedings
of Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002
Where on the appointed date any disciplinary proceedings is pending or existing against any employee of the Government who has opted into the service of the Corporation, such proceedings shall be continued and completed by the Corporation, and the law applicable to such employee immediately before the appointed date in relation to such proceedings shall apply to the proceedings continued and completed under this section.
(2)
An order, ruling or direction made or given by a disciplinary authority of the Corporation pursuant to this section shall in respect of such employee have the same force and effect as an order, ruling or direction made or given by the Disciplinary
Authority, Disciplinary Board or Disciplinary Appeal Board, as the case may be, under the laws referred to in subsection (1).

(3)
The Minister may by order make such modifications to the laws referred to in subsection (1) in their application to such employee as may be necessary for the purpose of removing difficulties as a consequence of the provisions of that subsection.
