Whenever the fiat, authorisation or sanction of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or of the

Attorney-General, Public Prosecutor or a Deputy Public Prosecutor is necessary before any prosecution or action is commenced or continued, or for any purpose whatsoever in

connection with any proceeding, any document purporting to bear the fiat, authorisation or sanction of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, the Attorney-General, the Public Prosecutor or a
Deputy Public Prosecutor, as the case may be, shall be received as prima facie evidence in any proceeding without proof being given that the signature to such fiat, authorisation or sanction is that of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or the Attorney-General or other person as aforesaid.
