Section 34

Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri is empowered to exercise any powers or perform any duties, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or the Majlis may, subject to section 36, by notification in the Gazette, delegate subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed in such notification the exercise of such powers or the performance of such duties to any Minister or to any public officer or person described by name or office.
