Section 35
Minister or the State Secretary, either so described or as one of a class of persons, is empowered to exercise any power or perform any duty, he may, with the approval of the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri, delegate the exercise of that power, or the performance of that duty, to any person or to any public body.
