Section 141

All rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorization letters and appointments issued or made under the repealed Ordinance shall remain in force, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Ordinance, until revoked or replaced by regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorization letters or appointments issued or made under this Ordinance.
