Payment without probate or letters of administration
(2)
Any unpaid amount under this section shall not form part of the deceased Judge’s estate and shall be used for the benefit of his dependants.

(3)
For the purpose of this section, “unpaid” means not yet paid by the Government or not yet drawn by the Judge.
