Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 180 of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Commission makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the

(Water Reticulation and Plumbing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2015.

(2)

These

Rules, except subparagraph 2(a)(i), come into operation on 1 December 2015.

(3)

Subparagraph 2(a)(i)

of these

Rules comes into operation on 30 November 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Water Services Industry (Water Reticulation and Plumbing) Rules 2014

[P.U. (A) 36/2014] are amended in the First Schedule—
