Seksyen 15A
Every motorcycle, powered by an internal combustion engine with capacity equal or greater than 150 cc or powered by an electric motor having net power output of greater than 13 kW, shall be fitted with an ABS.

The motorcycle referred to in subrule (1)
shall be limited to the motorcycle which its vehicle type approval has been obtained from the Director General on or after 1 January 2025.

The ABS shall conform to the specification of UN Regulation 78 Uniform Provisions Concerning the
Approval of Vehicles of Categories L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5
