dengan menomborkan semula kaedah sedia ada sebagai subkaedah (1);

dan

dengan memasukkan selepas subkaedah (1) yang dinomborkan semula subkaedah yang berikut:

“(2)

Any person who use, cause suffer or permit any vehicle to be used in contravention to subrule (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than one thousand ringgit but not more than ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.”.
