Kumpulan Wang mempunyai kredit yang melebihi satu juta ringgit dalam akaunnya, ahli Kumpulan Wang itu hendaklah, pada bila-bila masa, mengemukakan notis pengeluaran itu kepada Lembaga mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.

(10ZR) Jika Lembaga berpuas hati dengan notis pengeluaran yang dikemukakan oleh ahli Kumpulan Wang itu di bawah subkaedah (10ZQ), Lembaga boleh membenarkan ahli

Wang itu untuk mengeluarkan suatu amaun yang melebihi apa-apa had kredit sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga pada tarikh notis pengeluaran itu diterima oleh Lembaga.”.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Board makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund

(Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 2025.

These Rules come into operation on 1 January 2026.

are amended in rule 41 by inserting after subrule (10ZP) the following subrules:

“Member of Fund has credit exceeds one million ringgit.

(10ZQ) Where a notice of withdrawal is made under paragraph 54(6)(i) of the Act on the ground that a member of the Fund has a credit which exceeds one million ringgit in his account, the member of the Fund shall, at any time, give such notice of withdrawal to the Board in accordance with any manner as determined by the Board.

(10ZR) Where the Board is satisfied with the notice of withdrawal submitted by the member of the Fund under subrule (10ZQ), the Board may authorize such member of the Fund to withdraw an amount in excess of any credit limit as determined by the Board on the date of the notice of withdrawal is received by the Board.”.
