Section 2
In this Enactment, unless the context otherwise requires-
―Chairman‖ means Chairman of the Corporation;
―Corporation‖ means the ―Korporasi Kemajuan Perikanan dan Nelayan Sabah (Ko-Nelayan)‖ constituted under section 3;
―Deputy Chairman‖ means Deputy Chairman of the Corporation;
―functions‖ includes powers and duties;
―General Manager‖ means the General Manager appointed under section 21 of the
Enactment and includes any person for the time being so appointed to perform the duties of the General Manager;
―member‖ means a member of the Corporation including the Chairman and Deputy
Chairman and for the purposes of section 43, 44, 45 and 46 includes a member of a committee established under section 15 who is not a member of the Corporation;
―Minister‖ means the Minister for the time being charged with responsibilities for matters relating to fisheries;
―State‖ means the State of Sabah.
