(1)
This Enactment may be cited as the Korporasi Kemajuan Perikanan dan
Nelayan Sabah (Ko-Nelayan) Enactment 1981 and shall come into operation on such date as

the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint.

The Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts or provisions of the Enactment.
