Section 32
The Corporation may, with the written approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, guarantee any loans made by any bank or financial institution to any applicant approved by
―Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989‖ substituted for ―Banking Act 1973‖ by virtue of Act 372.

the Corporation for any purpose for which the Corporation might itself have granted such loan.
