Section 5
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of the following members-
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
not less than five and not more than seven other members; and
(d)
the person for the time being holding the office of the General Manager.
(2)
The Members specified in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1) shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri.
(3)
Subject to the provisions of section 8 of this Enactment, a member, other than the General Manager, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment, and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
