Section 33
Section 104a of the Ordinance is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “forty-eight”
wherever appearing the words “forty-five”; and
(b)
by inserting after the subsection (4) the following subsection:
“(5) The Minister may make rules relating to the entitlement of allowance during shift work.”.
