Section 129 of the Ordinance is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “A summons”
the words “Any summons”;
(ii)
by deleting the words “in accordance with section 6 and Chapter IIa”;
(iii)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the word
“summoned” the words “cannot be found and”;
and
(iv)
in paragraph (b)—
(A)
by deleting the word “male”; and
(B)
by substituting for the words “domestic servant” the words “domestic employee”;
and
(b)
in paragraph 2(b)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “post” the words
“registered post”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “the Colony”
the word “Malaysia”.
