Subsection 130f(1) of the Ordinance is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “ten thousand ringgit”
the words “fifty thousand ringgit”; and
(b)
by inserting after the word “both” the words
“and, in the case of the second or subsequent offence, shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both”.
