Expert’s consent to issue of prospectus containing statement by him
of Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010
A prospectus inviting subscription for or purchase of securities of a corporation and including a statement purporting to be made by an expert or to be based on a statement made by an expert shall not be issued unless there appears in the prospectus a statement that he has given and has not withdrawn his consent.

If any prospectus is issued by a corporation in contravention of this section, the corporation and every person who is knowingly a party to the issue thereof commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
