Section 67

A Labuan trust company may be appointed as agent or trustee under any settlement or other instrument creating a trust, or to perform any trust or duty which it is authorized, by this

Act or by its memorandum or articles of association or by any instrument under which the Labuan trust company was incorporated, to undertake, and may be so appointed, regardless of when the settlement or instrument creating the trust or imposing the duty was made, and whether as an original trustee, a new trustee or an additional trustee, and may do and discharge all the acts and duties of a trustee as fully and effectively as any other trustee.
