Duties of council

Section 33
(1)
A council member shall exercise reasonable care and skill in performing his duties and exercising his rights and powers.
(2)
In the absence of any officer of the Labuan foundation, the council shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the officers prescribed in this Act.
