Section 47
(1)
Where any document or instrument required to be filed or lodged with the Authority is in a language other than in the national language or the English language, the instrument or document shall be accompanied by a verified or certified translation of the instrument or document either in the national language or the English language.
(2)
Where any accounts or other such records required to be kept and maintained under this Act are not kept in the national language or the English language, a certified true translation of such accounts and records shall be caused to be kept with the original accounts and records.
