Section 3
(1)
Any native title registered under the Land Ordinance shall be deemed to be a native holding upon the commencement of this Act and the native title shall be registered in the Native
Title Register by the Registrar.
(2)
The Land Executive Committee may add to, or revoke from the Native Title Register any native holding from time to time as it deems fit.
