Section 34
Section 55 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a)—
(i)
by deleting the words “in any scheduled land”;
and
(ii)
by deleting the words “pursuant to section 3”;
and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “A certificate under the hand of the State Secretary” the words “Any document”.
