Section 43

All proceedings, actions or other matters required to be done under sections 3f and 28, subsections 37(2) and (3) of the principal Act which are still pending or if already in progress, immediately before the coming into operation of this Act, shall be continued or concluded as if the principal Act had not been amended by this Act.
