Section 33

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other written law, except with the approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri in any case in which he considers that injustice may otherwise be done, no claim for compensation which may be made under the provisions of this

Ordinance shall be admitted or entertained unless the same shall be made within twelve months after the date on which entry has been made on the land under section 4 or, if a declaration has been made under section 3, within a similar period after the date of the second publication of such declaration.
