Section 35

Section 35

(1)

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may make rules generally to give effect to the provisions of this Ordinance.

(2)

Such rules may ―

(a)

prescribe any form required to be used for the purposes of this Ordinance;

(b)

fix any fees to be paid for anything required or allowed to be done under this Ordinance;

(c)

provide that the breach or contravention of any rule is an offence against such rules and provide a penalty for any such offence not exceeding five hundred ringgit and imprisonment for six months.
