⎯(1) Subject to this Code and any rules made hereunder, the

Section 29
Superintendent may permit the temporary occupation of State land under licence.
(2)
No such licence shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any written law to the contrary, be registerable in the Register nor be transmissible or transferable by operation of law or otherwise.
(3)
Every such licence shall be substantially in the form and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by rules made under this Code and shall be subject to such other terms and conditions, not inconsistent with this Code and the rules made hereunder, as the
Superintendent may deem fit to impose.
