Section 32A

⎯(1) No person, whether or not he is the lawful proprietor or occupier of the land, may remove any rock material or any commodities manufactured therefrom on such land, except under and in accordance with a licence issued to him by the Superintendent.

(2)

Licences issued under subsection (1) shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed including the payment of such royalties as the Minister may approve.

(3)

Any person removing any rock material or any commodities manufactured therefrom from any land without a licence or contrary to any of the terms or conditions of a licence issued under this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of five thousand ringgit.
