Section 39
(1)
A Chairman and members of every board shall be appointed, and shall hold office for such term and upon such conditions as may be determined, by the State Authority.
(2)
There shall be paid to the Chairman and members of a board such salaries, fees and allowances for expenses as may from time to time be determined by the State Authority.
(3)
Section 19 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to meetings of a board and of any committee thereof.
