Alienation

Section 10
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Collector may, on behalf of the State Authority—
(a)
alienate any rural holding; and
(b)
permit the occupation of any rural or urban holding in expectation of title.
(2)
Subject to the provisions of this Act the Director may, on behalf of the State Authority, alienate any urban holding.
