Section 5
(1)
The State Authority may by notification in the Gazette declare any land within a group settlement area to be a rural settlement area for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Any such Gazette notification may specify the appropriate crop to be planted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 25(2)(c).
