Section 251
(1)
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Director
General of Land Public Transport, if he considers it consistent with the purposes of this Act or in the interest of the public, by order published in the Gazette exempt a licensee, licensed operator, terminal licensee or an intermediation business licensee, or a relevant vehicle or railway or a class thereof from all of or any of the provisions of this Act for such duration and subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may specify.
(2)
The Minister may at any time, on the recommendation of the
Director General of Land Public Transport, by order published in the
Gazette, revoke any order made under subsection (1).
