Section 16

No person, unless properly authorised in that behalf, shall wilfully remove, alter or render useless any fencing, timber, covering, guide rope, chain, ladder gauge, safety valve or anything in or about a quarry provided for the safety of any person.

Supply of respirator and safety helmet.
