Section 26

Any authorised officer seeking to enter any quarry under the powers conferred upon him by these rules shall produce, on demand, for inspection an authority card stating his office and authority, and no person shall be obliged to admit to his quarry any person purporting to be such an authorised officer except on production of such authority card.
