Section 28
If default is made by the management corporation in complying with —
(a)
paragraph (i) of subsection (1) of section 17; or
(b)
paragraph (j) of subsection (1) of section 17; or
(c)
subsection (4) of section 18; or
(d)
subsection (1) of section 21; or
(e)
subsection (1) of section 27, the management corporation and every member of its council who is knowingly a party to the default shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
Ringgit Malaysia five thousand.
