Section 26

Where under this Enactment the management corporation is required to take action or may take action only on the direction or authority of a unanimous resolution, then the court, if it is satisfied that the justice of the case so requires, may, on the application of a subsidiary owner or subsidiary owners holding not less than seventy-five per cent of the total share units of a subdivided building, make an order either directing the management corporation to take

action or prohibiting the management corporation from taking any action under the relevant provisions of this Enactment notwithstanding the absence or the direction or authority as the case may be, of a unanimous resolution.
